Join us for an hour long breath work and yoga flow, specifically designed with freedivers in mind.
Google says: Yoga reduces stress, which lowers metabolic rate and oxygen consumption. More yoga, therefore, results in a longer breath hold. You will also have more comfortable breath holds and longer dives. Oh yeah, and it's also hard to have fun while feeling tense, so more yoga equals more fun! -- WE AGREE.
Flows will be lead by the lovely Coral Weaver, a local instructor with ReUnify in OB.
Class starts at 9:00am sharp, so we suggest getting there a bit earlier to find parking and find your spot.
Suggested Donation: $10
Don't forget to bring a yoga mat and water, and whatever other things you find comfortable to have with you at a yoga class.
Look for the DiveViz canopy tent that will be set up at Mission Bay's Santa Clara Point down the alley from the Just Get Wet Headquarters at the corner of Bayside Walk and Portsmouth Court.
After yoga, feel free to join us back at the headquarters where you can grab a cup of coffee from Saltwater Culture and have an opportunity to socialize and meet fellow freedivers.
