Vis: 15-25 ft
Swell: 1-2 ft
Surface Temp: 73-74°F
High tide: ~11:17am
Low tide: ~4:57pm
It's looking like another solid day to get in the water! Visibility around SD is averaging around 15–20 ft, with protected areas like La Jolla Cove seeing closer to 25ft. There's a small SW swell in the water, but it doesn't seem to be stirring things up too much.
Be mindful of the tide today — visibility may drop a little as the tide pulls out, but cleaner water should start pushing back in later this evening as the tide comes back up around 5pm. Light onshore winds around 5 kts are making for very decent surface conditions too.
Great conditions today — solid visibility, light swell, high fish activity. Lovely day to get out there!
