Cancellations

• Events with boats (Spearfishing Charters, Intro to Spearfishing and Freediving classes), refunds requested further out than
• 30 days from event start - full refund
• 7 days from event start- 50% refund
• 72 hours from event start - 25% refund
• Less than 72 hours from event start- no refund
• Events without boats (Wave 1, Wave 2, Private Training, Spearfishing Shore Tour, Kelp Exploration Tour), refunds requested further out than
• 7 days from event start - 100% refund
• 72 hours from event start - 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours from event start - no refund

* No refund on cancellations made after previously rebooking

Rebooking

• Events with boats (Spearfishing Charters, Intro to Spearfishing and Freediving classes), rebooking requested further out than
• 30 days from event start - no charge
• 72 hours from event start - 50% of trip cost
• Less than 72 hours from event start- no refund
• Events without boats (Wave 1, Wave 2, Private Training, Spearfishing Shore Tour, Kelp Exploration Tour), rebooking requested further out than
• 7 days from event start - no fee
• 72 hours from event start - $25 fee
• 24 hours from event start - $150 fee
• Less than 24 hours from event start/no show - no refund

* Only 1 rebooking is allowed per group per activity.  If you try to rebook more than 1 time you will forfeit the full cost of the event.

We reserve the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen weather conditions; in the instance we cancel an activity on our end, we will offer a full refund or free rebooking. 

For activities that require a minimum amount of people to run, if the minimum is not reached 48-24hrs in advance, we reserve the right to cancel the activity and refund or rebook you.

Classes must be completed within 1 year of original booking, otherwise booking will be voided and payment will be forfeited  .
