Cancellations

Events With Boats

• 7+ days before event start: Full refund
• Within 7 days of event start: 50% refund
• 72 hours–6 days before event start: 25% refund
• Less than 72 hours before event start: No refund

Events Without Boats

• 7+ days before event start: Full refund
• 24 hours–6 days before event start: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before event start: No refund

Additional Cancellation Notes

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after a booking has already been rebooked/rescheduled.
• No-shows automatically forfeit the full cost of the activity.

Rebooking / Rescheduling

Events With Boats

• 7+ days before event start: No charge
• 6 days - 72 hours days before event start: Rebooking fee equal to 50% of trip cost
• Less than 72 hours before event start: No refund or rebooking available

Events Without Boats

• 7+ days before event start: No fee
• 24 hours–6 days before event start: $25 rebooking fee
• Less than 24 hours before event start: $150 rebooking fee
• No-shows: No refund or rebooking available

Additional Rebooking Notes

• Only one rebooking/reschedule is allowed per person per activity.
• Additional rebooking requests will result in forfeiture of the full booking cost.

Weather & Minimum Enrollment

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any activity due to:

• unsafe weather/ocean conditions
• insufficient enrollment
• unforeseen operational circumstances

If JGW cancels an activity, customers will be offered either:

• a full refund, or
• a free rebooking option

For activities requiring minimum enrollment, JGW reserves the right to cancel the activity within 72 hours of the event start time if minimum participation is not met.

Course Completion Policy

All classes and training sessions must be completed within 1 year of the original booking date. After 1 year, the booking will be voided and all payments forfeited.
