Terms of service

By enrolling in courses or participating in activities offered by Just Get Wet, LLC (the "School"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You are physically fit and capable of participating in the activities offered by the School. You understand that freediving and spearfishing can be physically demanding and potentially hazardous, and you willingly assume all risks associated with these activities.
  2. You will follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the School and its instructors.
  3. You will not hold Just Get Wet, its instructors, or any of its affiliates liable for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of your participation in the activities offered by the School.
  4. You will not engage in any illegal activity while participating in the activities offered by the School.
  5. You understand that Just Get Wet reserves the right to terminate your participation in any activity at any time if you fail to follow the safety instructions and guidelines provided by the School and its instructors.
  6. You will indemnify and hold Just Get Wet, its instructors, and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the activities offered by the School.
  7. These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Get Wet and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
  8. These terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms of service will be resolved in the courts of the State of California.

By enrolling in courses or participating in activities offered by Just Get Wet LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms of service.
