Item Return/Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds on any items once purchased.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Wetsuits

Masks, snorkels, fins, and dive gear

Freediving & spearfishing equipment

Accessories and apparel
We are always happy to help before purchase, please ask our team for sizing assistance, product recommendations, or to inspect items prior to checkout to ensure you’re confident in your selection.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered only for unused items in brand-new condition and at our discretion, within 7 days of purchase, and with original receipt. Items must have original tags and packaging intact.
Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, assist with a manufacturer warranty or replacement per brand policy.
Wetsuit Care Policy
Our rental wetsuits work hard and we do our best to keep them in great condition. Normal wear is expected, but if a wetsuit is torn, cut, or otherwise damaged beyond normal use during your rental, the renter will be responsible for repair or replacement costs. Please treat all gear with care and let us know right away if something doesn’t feel right.
