Looking pretty good out there. Scripps cam is showing a solid 15 feet. Our divers in Mission Bay this morning reported less than ideal conditions, sitting around 5-10 ft vis. For our spearos, this morning we saw quite a bit of bait and a few good size halibut. Pro tip for these tasty flatfish: look for transitions in the bottom structure, like where the reef meets the sand or clearings in the eelgrass.
