Wind will be picking up to 20knts of offshore wind if it hasn't already. Yesterday divers saw about 15ft of viz out off La Jolla shores. As this weather and rain rolls in, Scripps is still looking like a hazy 10-15ft at depth. Shallows are probably starting to get hit with some wind and swell.
