We continue to see waist to chest high surf through San Diego. It's a long period south swell so it has some power, don't let the long lulls in between sets catch you off guard. Wind is down a bit today so conditions past the breakers will be nice and glassy, although we have not seen a break in the red tide yet so visibility will be the greatest challenge today.
