La Jolla / San Diego Dive Report
Vis: 10–15 ft
Dominant Swell: 2 ft @ 6s
Temp: 62–64°F
Water clarity is fair, with green water. Visibility around 8–12 ft depending on zone. Morning offered the better dive window with lighter NW winds around 8–10 kts and cleaner surface conditions before afternoon onshore texture.
Low tide was early at 4:29 AM (-0.6 ft), with high tide at 10:51 AM (3.4 ft), which should help improve late morning entries. By afternoon, light W onshore winds are expected to add surface chop, with low tide again at 3:31 PM (1.8 ft) bringing a bit more surge around shallow structure.
Overall: divable, but typical spring green water—best conditions likely earlier in the day.
Thermocline: ~36 ft , 53°F below
