Sunday La Jolla / SD Dive Report
Vis: 10-20 ft
Swell: 1-3 ft, gentle mix of swells
Temp: 65-67°F
Tides:
- Low: ~ 11:10 AM
- High: ~ 6:00 PM
Very calm surface conditions this morning. Typical spring haze is still holding w/ viz around 10-20ft. We have mostly light, long-period SW ground swell w/ background NW wind swell.
Early morning is likely the most favorable window before the afternoon onshore winds pick up around 10-12 knots, making many exposures choppy & bumpy. Kelp-protected areas and spots with good south-swell angles will be the cleanest.
Divers reported thermocline around 5meters and still pretty green.
