La Jolla / San Diego Dive Report
Vis: 5-15 ft
Swell: 2 ft, mixed
Temp: 63-65°F
Tides:
- Low: ~ 10:25 AM
- High: ~ 5:55 PM
Still seeing that green haze in the water with limited visibility, but conditions remain manageable in protected areas. Light mixed swell and surface conditions are relatively mellow today, wind around 5kts. Might have some cleaner water push in with the high tide in the afternoon, hopeful for better conditions next week.
- Inside: murky, green
- Outside: pockets of cleaner water if you work for it
- Surface: cleaner water may push in as the tide comes up, surface is pretty calm today.
Divers reported
A few divers reported around 10-15ft vis but VERY green. Protected areas are showing much much better visibility right now.
Bottom line
Green, not very pretty, but divable if you pick your spot right.
