November 4th

Vis: 10-15 ft
Swell: 3 - 8ft
Surface Temp: 72-74°F

High Tide 5.0 ft ~ 6:03 pm
Low Tide 1.1 ft ~ 12:15 pm

Swimmer Intel: Friends took a morning swim out at the Marine Room and reported seeing the bottom in some areas, with 15ft visibility at best. While moving towards La Jolla Cove, visibility got worse ranging around 10 ft with no bottom in sight. At high tide surface conditions were sloshy. Dolphins were spotted!

Conditions in protected areas, like Marine Room are showing 10-15 ft visibility. While a bump in SSW and WNW swell and wind swell have caused ocean conditions to mix up from yesterday. Overall swell is UP, with most areas ranging 4-6ft. Be cautions. Wind picks up at  2:00pm today and sustain 10knts until dark. Expect declining conditions starting at 2:00 pm. Additionally, dramatic tidal swings are in store for you today. Use caution during high tide ~ 6:06 am & 6:03 pm.

Don't dive La Jolla Cove today. Big swell and high rip current risk.

Have a wonderful day! Stay safe and be kind.
