Vis: ~20ft
Swell: 1-3ft
Surface Temp: 73°F
High Tide 5.8 ft ~ 12:05 am
Low Tide -0.3 ft ~ 8:05 pm
Not looking bad out in La Jolla this morning! We're seeing around 20–25 ft of viz, with a little haze at a distance but overall some pretty decent water. La Jolla is benefiting from being sheltered from the swell, while more exposed spots are looking much murkier. Unfortunately, don't expect to find that same visibility everywhere.
The tide pushes in until around noon then pulls back to a -0.3 ft low this evening. With that much water moving, there's a good chance things get more stirred up and viz drops off as the day goes on.
For now, La Jolla is looking like one of the better options, with some nice pockets of clearer water. If you're planning to get in, the morning may be your best window before the tide starts pulling out.
As always, dive safe!
