Vis: 15-20ft
Swell: 2-3 ft
Surface Temp: 70-74 °F
High Tide 6.0 ft ~ 10:20 am
Low Tide 0.07 ft ~ 5:02 pm
The water is still looking hazy but pretty blue this morning, with viz sitting around 15–20 ft on the incoming tide. There’s some surge pushing around, but overall we’ve got some decent water to work with right now.
We’re coming off a 6 ft high tide late morning, and the tide will be pulling out pretty hard through the afternoon toward an almost-zero low around 5 pm. With that much water moving, expect conditions to get more stirred up as the day goes on, and viz will likely drop off from what we’re seeing this morning.
There’s a mixed swell with a shorter-period W swell around 3 ft @ 7 seconds and a SW swell around 3 ft @ 13 seconds. That longer-period SW energy is still bringing some movement into the water, especially around more exposed areas.
Dive safe!
