Led by a Molchanovs-certified freediving instructor and coach, this individualized training focuses on technical refinement, efficiency, relaxation, equalization, depth progression, and developing greater comfort and confidence in the water.
8:00 AM–12:00 PM | Open Water
Begin with an in-water assessment followed by specialized coaching tailored to your individual goals, current abilities, and areas for improvement.
12:30 PM | Video Review & Dry Workshop
Review footage from the morning session to identify technical patterns, strengths, and opportunities for improvement. Together, we’ll break down your diving, discuss technique and strategy, and establish specific focus points for Day 2.
8:00 AM | Open Water
Put the adjustments from Day 1 into practice through targeted, individualized training. The second session focuses on fine-tuning technique, reinforcing new skills, and safely progressing toward your personal freediving goals.
This coaching experience is for fully certified freedivers who want focused, individualized training beyond a standard course environment. With dedicated attention to your diving, the goal is to identify what is holding you back, refine the details, and give you the tools to continue progressing after the weekend.
Prerequisite: Completion of a Molchanovs Wave 1 (W1) certification or an equivalent recognized freediving certification is required.
