Surface conditions are pretty dreamy, but in most places isn't as clear as it typically would be with this weather. That said it's still pretty good, seems like close to shore has some very clear pockets while out in the kelp it's a little hazier. Try to hit it on incoming tide for best bet. South La Jolla/PB looks like the best area, with Point Loma looking very brown
