190 nautical miles off the southern pacific coast of baja and in the middle of no where lies series of tiny rocks. At first glance these rocks may seem insignificant but in late October/early November the waters that surround these rocks come alive. For those familiar with Alijos Rocks, they know that this is one of the most impressive locations for spearfishing on the planet and it is why we will be headed there for 2025. Due to its remote location the fishing pressure is light and it is only possible on a liveaboard boat.

Join us Oct 10-20 for 8 nights on a liveaboard boat and the trip of a lifetime. Arrive in San Jose Del Cabo to be shuttled to Mag Bay where we board the boat and our journey begins.

TARGET SPECIES: The main target species at Alijos Rocks is Wahoo. Often times in years past the boat has left Alijos early to try different locations because people were sick of shooting Wahoo. Yep, thats a great problem to have. The second most impressive fish at Alijos are the Massive yellowtail, often times pushing past the 50lb mark. The previous world record yellowtail was taken at Alijos weighing in at 80+lbs. In addition we can also find Dorado, Yellowfin Tuna, and Billfish. Most people focus on these pelagics but you can also find snapper and grouper.

THE PLAN:
The plan can change depending on weather and what the group wants to do. Sometimes we go and spend the whole trip at Alijos Rocks. Sometimes we get our fill at Alijos and after a couple days of diving we choose to try the Mag Bay Offshore Ridge where we can run into massive yellowfin tuna that sometimes push the 300lb mark or maybe push in to the Bay to find larger reef species. The schedule is flexible and highly dependent on the weather and what people are interested in pursuing.

WHATS INCLUDED:
All food is included
specialty Casitas (triple occupancy) first and last night
Shuttles to/from Airport

NOT INCLUDED:
Airfare, Booze, Tips

WEATHER AND PLAN B: Due to the remote location of Alijos Rocks, the success of making it to this location is highly dependent on the weather. If for some reason we are unable to make the the journey to Alijos Rocks, our back up plan will be to dive the Mag Bay offshore ridge like Thetis Bank, the 23 bank, the 13 Bank, and the Potato bank. At the potato bank in years past we've shot 300lb+ yellowfin Tuna and Thetis bank is known for being a legendary Wahoo spot. There's also the option to cruise into Mag Bay to target Grouper, Snapper, and Yellowtail. The beauty of this trip is the backup plan is still a legendary trip so there's less risk even if the original plan doesn't come to fruition.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A semi-refundable deposit of $1500 is required to lock in your spot. Semi-refundable means the initial deposit will be refunded, minus the service fee, once the cancelled spot has been reserved by a new guest. If the cancelled spot cannot be filled by a new guest the deposit will be forfeited.
