Awaken your Mana.
A 3 hour Holistic workshop that merges the calming depths of the ocean with mindful movement and breath awareness.
Unlock your full potential in the water with a workshop that blends freediving techniques with the power of breathwork, yoga, and meditation. Designed for those looking to refine their breath control, enhance relaxation, and move with greater efficiency beneath the surface, this session focuses on the physical mastery behind breath-hold diving.
Meet your Freediving Yogi--Brittani! She is a certified Molchanovs Instructor, seasoned Yogi, and forever a student in life! She always has some nugget of wisdom-dependent on who you ask of course ;) Her work bridges the space between discipline and surrender-blending the science of breath-hold training with the intuitive language of movement, stillness, and somatic awareness. Whether underwater or on land, she invites her students into a deeper conversation with themselves.
As someone who spent years studying the ocean and diving into silence, Brittani understands that true depth isn't measured in meters--but presence. Her approach is rooted in mastery, curiosity, and genuine hunger for meaning. She teaches from experience with a style that is fluid, focused, and grounded in both safety and self discovery.
Where breath becomes both anchor and guide.
