La Jolla / San Diego Dive Report
Vis: 10–15 ft
Swell: 2–4 ft mix
Temp: 62–64°F
Things are surprisingly better than anticipated given the conditions over the weekend.
We had a solid shot of wind and rain this weekend, with roughly ~0.25–0.30" falling locally over the last few days .
What that means
- Expect reduced visibility inside and around any runoff zones
- Murkier water near shore and in the coves
- Potential bacteria spike, especially right after rain
Best bet
- Early mornings
- Push outside or deeper structure for cleaner water
- Avoid obvious runoff and enclosed areas
