Vis: 10-15 ft
Swell: 2-3 ft
Surface Temp: 67-71°F
Low Tide 2.6 ft ~ 1:35 pm
High Tide 5.6 ft ~ 7:40 pm
Poor to fair conditions today with viz holding around 10–15 ft. Moderate swell is keeping things pretty hazy. We’re seeing a lot of suspended particles moving through the water, so clarity can change quite a bit depending on where you’re diving.
The swell is definitely having an effect on the water, so more protected areas will be your best bet for finding cleaner conditions.
Looking ahead, another decent-sized groundswell is expected to build Saturday 29th, carrying into Sunday 30th, but will likely begin backing off Monday 31st.
Not the cleanest water today, but there’s still some workable viz out there.
