December 2nd, 2025

Vis: ~15–20 ft (estimated)
Water Temp: 63°F
Waves: 2–3 ft (rising again tomorrow)

The Scripps cam is fully covered by our resident sea star again, so no live look from the pier this morning. Based on diver reports and yesterday’s conditions, visibility is holding around 15–20 ft in most areas.

Some highlights from yesterday include a pufferfish spotted near Marine Room, while other spots like Big Rock and Horseshoe Beach saw heavy surge and poor viz due to the higher surf. With the waves dropping to 2–3 ft today, conditions should feel more manageable before the swell builds again tomorrow.

A solid window to get in the water if you can!
