Dove La Jolla kelp yesterday, 10 to maybe 15' viz and other reports of conditions not looking so great. Good surface conditions but with decent swell in the water, and a big tidal drop in the morning will make it a bit murky. Winds are very light in the afternoon, best bet would be to go on the incoming tide and hope the sun comes out which will improve things.
