Shallows are looking pretty churned up. Scripps peir cam is giving a hazy 10ft but divers report hazy 20ft of viz offshore. 1/4 mile buoy in La Jolla is still seeing plenty of tope sharks and turtles out there. Wind has been picking up in the afternoon but mornings are still looking solid.
