These courses are designed to slowly but surely introduce your child to the wonders of the pool, with more advanced levels learning how to participate in pool freediving disciplines. All courses take place in a pool or confined water and are filled with in-water games to keep sessions light and fun!

Lap 1 Course

Your young child will learn how to flutter kick on the surface, duck dive, and make short and shallow dives in the pool.

Prerequisites

Comfortable with facial submersion in water
Comfortable with water activities

Course Duration

4 sessions of approximately 1 hours each

Lap 2 Course

Your child will discover how to float face-up and flutter kick at the surface, equalize while diving, perform a very short breath-hold (STA), and be introduced to diving horizontally at depth with flutter kicks (DYNB).

Prerequisites

4 - 7 y/o Lap 1 certification

Course Duration

4 sessions of approximately 1 hours each

Lap 3 Course

Through expert teaching and fun games, your child will be introduced to monofin diving (DYN), improve their surface breath-holding (STA) and diving for distance at depth with flutter kicks (DYNB) techniques, learn the dolphin kick technique to swim for distance on a breath-hold (DYN), and become a better surface swimmer.

4 - 7 y/o Lap 2 certification
