The lean mean tangerine machine, and the platform we started on years ago. With a brand new Suzuki 115 engine she's quiet, reliable, quick, and stable. This 18' Avon is small but mighty, purpose built for search and rescue operations so it can handle just about any conditions thrown at it. 

This is a perfect rig for diving the local kelp, the Coronados, and even further. With a 30 gallon fuel capacity (freshly polished) she has a range of 90-120 miles. Cruises easily at 25mph, gets up to 37 in flat water. With an installed wing on the outboard she planes easily and holds steady at cruise without porpoising.

Comes with a trailer (all lighting and wiring re-done fall of 2025) and is easy to tow, I pulled it around in a 4cyl Subaru just fine. New stainless steel chain attached to new danforth anchor

As much fun as this boat is, we've got our hands full with Escapade and she sits more than we'd like.
